Welcome to our lovely Central Park condo in West Ketchum where you’re only a seven-minute scenic walk from River Run Lodge and a block from the Wood River Trail bike path. Downtown Ketchum is just a half mile away.
We have installed A/C to keep you comfortable in the summer.
The west-facing, open-plan living area is on the main level and gets amazing light from midmorning onward thanks to cathedral ceilings and many windows. When it’s chilly outside you can cosy up to the gas log fireplace and relax in the two rocking armchairs.
The well-equipped kitchen has lots of counter space and features a gas stove. The drawers and cupboards contain all the gadgets you might need for cooking and baking. Choose from a selection of teas, along with powdered creamer and sweetener. You can also use the sugar, flour, spices, and condiments in the cupboard and fridge.
The roomy and tranquil master suite is on the main level and has a nice view of the Baldy Cliffs. The master bathroom has a double vanity and a separate toilet. There’s plenty of room for your clothes and luggage in the walk-in closet.
The guest bedroom on the second floor has two twin XL beds and also a view of the Baldy Cliffs. Also on the second floor is a separate bathroom, and the washer and dryer.
Beneath our condo is our garage, which is a boon during the winter!
During ski season there is a free bus shuttle that picks you up just down the road and goes to downtown, all the ski lodges, Sun Valley Village, and Elkhorn Resort.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Sun Valley Ski Resort. You'll find features like laundry facilities. The condo offers a jetted tub and a kitchen.

The condo was spotless. Kim was great to communicate with and very welcoming. We stayed during the Xmas holidays and Kim had a tree and Xmas decorations for us to enjoy. The kitchen was fully stocked with both cooking utensils and flour, sugar, etc. We would stay here again and highly recommend Kim's condo.

Perfect location for Sun Valley Writers Conference. Days spent listening to amazing stories from top authors. Evenings in Ketchum and at condo. Condo had everything we needed and was exceptionally well-appointed.

Absolutely stunning property. The property is even better than the pictures and we definitely will return. Beautiful place close to everything

Everything was as indicated. There were just two of us for a long ski weekend. The place is built for four and has great appliances and amenities. Everything was spelled out clearly easy to find. From WiFi and Big TV to gas fireplace and garbage/recycle. Parked in the garage.

We stay in Ketchum every summer and this place is now at the top of the list! Communication with the host was excellent and every request was granted. The unit was exactly as described if not better, plus it has air conditioning which is rare. The location was perfect with just a short walk to town. Highly recommend!

Love the AC!

Great location. Beautiful kitchen with updated appliances and many of the “basics” that other places often don’t provide. It was unseasonably hot during our stay, we were so grateful to come back and enjoy the AC after being outdoors in the heat all day! We love the Mnt bike trails in the area.

Lovin’ Life Condo was beyond our expectations! The property was as advertised with all the amenities mentioned in the property’s description. The condo was beautifully decorated and immaculate. Kim, our host, was very responsive and easy to correspond with. Check-in and Check-out was seamless, all instructions were clear before arrival and there are reminders in the Guest Directory at the condo. Master suite was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. There are beautiful views from all the windows, including the tree lined cliffs of Baldy Mountain. The condo was within walking distance to River Run Day Lodge and gondola, and to downtown Ketchum. The garage was a bonus, and we were able to fit our full-size SUV. Suffice it to say, we were thoroughly impressed with Lovin’ Life and enjoyed our 6-night stay. Highly recommend this property.

The place is spacious and clean with a well-stocked kitchen. It's the perfect location within walking distance to the River Run Gondola and to town. The host was very attentive and the check-in process was smooth. It had a homey feel that made it perfect for our family holiday getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

Easy rental and great location

My daughter and I stayed during a fall fishing trip. The condo was clean and well-appointed - we had everything we needed. Kim was great about our late in the evening arrival and checking that we were situated (very easy communication). The location of the condo was maybe the best aspect: quiet but close enough to commercial area to make grocery and restaurant trips very easy. Also within very short walk of a walking/biking trail. Would definitely stay again!

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient

This is a wonderful condo unit perfect for our family of three for a ski week in Sun Valley (and would also have been perfect for four). Very clean, very warm decor. The VRBO listing was entirely accurate, plenty of space and modern features, very comfortable, and within minutes of the River Run lifts and parking areas. Garage is a bit tight for larger vehicle operated by nervous driver, but sufficient outdoor parking spaces are immediately adjacent to the garages. The hosts/owners were very easy to connect with and were legitimately rooting for us to have a great stay (we were skiers visiting at the very end of the SV ski season when some of the mountain was already closing down). I have no reservations about recommending this property.
