Made a booking through Expedia for November. Wrong dates. I needed October. I made changes through Expedia. Expedia acknowledged the updates. Went to hotel. Hotels system did not have the updates. Clerk behind desk seemed uninterested in my dilemma. In fact, her words were, " What do you want me to do?" I gave her a business card (of the general manager) that was by the registration computer. Her response was along the kunes of 'Oh. You want me to make a call. Also about 10ish am, housekeeping opened up the door to our unit. No knock, no yelling "Housekeeping! " nothing. Good thing i had that lever applied that acts as a deterent of last resort.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable. But it rained and the outside area leaked from the floor above; the balcony above looked like it was going to collapse. Also a huge puddle formed on the walkway right outside our door. Looked like a state of disrepair.
