Owner Hans Janssen has lovingly furnished this two-story, 3-star holiday apartment for up to four people, where every guest can feel completely at ease.

The 92m² apartment offers everything one would expect from a perfect 3-star holiday apartment today: TVs in all living rooms and bedrooms, a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities, air conditioning, and much more.

It's the perfect holiday home for families with children – complete with playground equipment in the garden and a spacious summer terrace with a charcoal and electric grill.

However, should the family interested in Janssen's "Kate" happen to have three or four children, the friendly hosts can usually find a solution that satisfies everyone.
