Didn’t get room with 2 queen beds as requested gave me king bed instead-room was not ready when I arrived at 5pm was told the room required didn’t have working heat Asked for a discount wouldn’t give one After returning to room heat did not work went back to office to complain- they brought in a small space heater to heat the room- went back to office for refund wouldn’t give one Stayed due to getting up at 3am to be by daughter to catch a flight out of Chicago Will no recommend this place to anyone

I rented a room for 7 days for a woman and her two children running from an horrific situation. The first night there she found it infested with bed bugs and bites all over her children. She went to the counter and asked to move to another room. They said they had none but would be replacing the mattresses in a few days. I told her she could absolutely not stay there and rented her another room in another town that morning. Management was terrible to work with. Would not refund my credit card. That motel used to always be so well kept by the previous owners but it is beyond horrible now. In all the years I have rented hotels for clients i have never encountered such terrible service.

The woman who operates Bonnie Belle was exceptional. The room could've been cleaner especially the bathroom shower. Overall very nice.

At around 1pm there was lots of loud banging and noises outside it went on for an hour or so. I was irritated with getting woken up with loud banging outside our door.

It is clean, convenient to Kewaskum and West Bend. Very easy to get to. No problems, bed was comfortable. Had an old style room key - reminded me of the motels we used to stay in when I was a kid. The person staffing the desk was efficient and nice as nice. It was just fine.
