Great location, this is a great property, kitchen has everything you need. The view out on the water is great! Nice quiet area of Key Colony Beach!!! We are going to try to stay in the same location next year!!!!

Amazing place!!

We just spent an amazing week at this house on Key Colony Beach. The house was in the perfect location. It was easy for us to take walks around the community and over to Sunset Park. Was also a short drive to many great restaurants (King Seafood was THE BEST). This house is located on the causeway, so we enjoyed beautiful sunsets in the morning, and thoroughly enjoyed watching the pelicans. We even saw a Manatee from our dock. The dock even provided a great place to fish. The deck was amazing. We spent a lot of time outside in the comfortable chairs and beautiful pool. The house had everything we needed inside and the beds were very comfortable. Like many rentals, there were some minor issues, however, the owner was quick to address them and communicated with us throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone that wants a nice stay in a great place.

Does not disappoint.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Very clean. Did not disappoint us at all. We had an issue with one commode and Lisa sent someone immediately. The only thing I would recommend is that there is something stating what to do when we leave such as what to do with the dirty sheets and towels. And information stating where to go for the free bikes and kayaks. Chris at the boat rental was very friendly and helpful. Thx for renting this house to us. We hated to go back to the cold weather in Pa.
