Welcome to the heart of the Florida Keys! Located in the very desirable Key Colony Beach, this ground level 2 Bedroom, 2 bath duplex boasts ease of access inside and out and is the perfect setting for a tropical vacay-get-away!

The other half of the duplex is in our inventory and is listed on our website as P16 (-- ID# - 2245638).

This is a great place to stay in Key Colony Beach. We have stayed at a coupleOf the ‘boatels’ and this one was the nicest. Love the screened in porch and updated decor! Dolphins were jumping in the canal right in front of my yesterday morning with my coffee. The Cabana Club access makes it lovely. The beach was a little less due to erosion but lovely!

Beautiful!

The house was exactly as pictured. Very clean and well stocked. We love Key Colony Beach, it is such a nice peaceful community. Excellent location on a canal with plenty of fish to catch! The Cabana club pool and beach is a great place to relax. Communication with the property manager was very easy. We would definitely stay again!

Relaxing Get Away For Two

Very comfortable and relaxing environment right on the canal plus a cool little pitch n putt golf course across the street. The house and amenities were all at or above our expectations. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again.
