• The property currently has a boat lift, which is not available for guest use and will be removed. The dock is also unavailable for use until the boat lift is removed on March 23rd.

• 7-night minimum stay (Saturday check-in & check-out)

Hurricane Policy
• Refunds issued only for mandatory evacuations
• Travel insurance strongly recommended (June 1 – November 30)
