Unaddressed sewage problem.

We stayed one night at this property and left early in the morning. As we left, it was clear that there was a serious plumbing issue with two of the three toilets not flushing and sewage backing up into both showers. We alerted the property manager and told him we would be out of the property all day (8am - 8pm) so that someone could resolve it. We returned to it being unresolved and the place smelling strongly of sewage. We had to leave and book 3 hotel rooms to serve our family late at night. The program manager said we should just use the one remaining toilet and shower (which only had cold water). Needless to say, not recommended. I'll spare you all the photos of the situation, but it's not pretty.

We had a great stay. The property advertises it sleeps 10 and there was plenty of room for our party of 10. The only thing people should be aware of is, there were not enough towels for 10, no sheets for the extra pullout beds, and not enough silverware and glasses for 10. Great location though!

Key Largo stay - Feb 2024

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The home was clean and well stocked. The host was very helpful and allowed us to check in a couple of hours early when we arrived earlier than expected. Only negative is the grill needs to be replaced. We would rent this home again!
