This 2600 sq ft, 4-bedroom, 3-bath, ground floor corner villa contains all the design elements and finishes to please the most discerning traveler, and no concerns for stairs or elevators. The palette of soothing colors and textures and plush leather furnishings in the main living area creates a sophisticated atmosphere that promotes ultimate relaxation.

The fully-stocked kitchen has all the cookware the chef-of-the-day will require, and with open sightlines to the sparkling waters of the Atlantic Ocean, even doing the dishes won't seem like a chore. The homeowners have thoughtfully provided extras for your convenience, like both a Keurig and Mr. Coffee pots and a professional blender for all the frozen cocktails, milkshakes, and smoothies to satisfy the whole family.

The interior dining area comfortably seats six, and an inviting breakfast bar offers additional seating. This is the only villa that also offers an open-air patio table and chairs for another dining option.

The waterview master bedroom has a four-poster king bed and sumptuous spa tub, glassed shower, his-n-hers vanities, and a separate water closet in the full master ensuite.
There are three guest bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other two with queens. All bedrooms boast large screen TVs and super comfortable mattresses.

Great place

This place is very nice. The furniture is newer and up-to-date. There are plenty of appliances such as kurig, coffee maker, excellent margarita machine and blender. Even a wine cooler. We had everything we needed. The tv's have too many remotes and makes it difficult for older people to use. The housekeeper could have done a better job of cleaning. The tub in the master bath was dirty with hair and what i am guessing was actual dirt. The margarita machine had old moldy water in the holding tank on the back and spilled drink from prior tenets. The over smoked very bad from spilled food burned in the oven. The lady i spoke with at check in was excellent. She was very friendly and made sure to explain exactly how to get to the resort. On our 3rd day the hot water stopped working. I called the emergency number which was provided on my packet. I spoke with a guy who at first wanted me to check the breakers then turn the breakers off. Then wait 5 minutes flip the breaker back on. During the call with him he explained he was in the middle of making dinner and watching the fight on tv. He explained he wouldn't be coming out to fix the hot water that night and that we were free to walk to the club house and use the showers there. He even insinuated that we may have caused the hot water issue because the prior renters had no problem. I explained we had been there for 3 days at that point and had no problems until we did. So basically it was wait until it was convenient for him .
