Best kept secret in the Florida Keys! Our many repeat customers and great reviews attest to our gorgeous beachfront property in the heart of Key Largo (MM 99.2)! Lounge under the tiki huts, put your toes in the sand, sip a margarita, and truly relax in this private, gated oasis right on the Gulf of Mexico!
Our property is a hidden gem that includes four other rental houses on a 2.5-acre estate with three different beach areas, providing a sense of peace and tranquility from the moment you arrive. We also have plenty of dockage, so bring your boat! Swaying palms, amazing banyan trees, lush foliage, a fishing jetty, tikis, and hammocks add to the 'Keys-y' charm. You may not want to leave, but if you do, we're convenient to all of Key Largo's main attractions, like John Pennekamp State Park, swim-with-dolphins programs, many fine restaurants, sport fishing fleets, and shopping. We’re also in a perfect location for a romantic sunset wedding!
'Bayhouse' is only a few yards from the beach and has lovely water views. There is a fully stocked kitchen for making delicious family meals, marble floors, French doors, a washer and dryer, a Jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom, plus all the amenities of home. You can even bring your pets without worry because there’s a fully fenced backyard! We also provide kayaks and paddleboards for guest use!
Accommodations include three bedrooms and two baths. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub plus a shower. There are two queen beds and a king that separates into two singles as needed. With a sleeper sofa in the living area, the house sleeps six to eight comfortably.
As an added bonus, there is a full-time staff on-site to ensure your vacation goes smoothly and that you leave our Keys paradise with many wonderful memories.

Family fun

We are a huge family traveling on school vacations several times a year. The view and waterfront were beyond belief. The teens took the boats and. Kayaks out to explore. John prnnicamp state park and Key West were two fun days. Don’t miss this well cared for waterfront resort.

We rented the Bayhouse for a girl's trip. There were 7 of us total and the house was great for what we needed. We enjoyed the beach area in front of the house and had a great time using the paddle boards. We didn't run into many issues, but when reaching out to the owner's they were quick to respond. This is a nice, quite location.

We truly enjoyed the grounds here and were so excited to arrive and see plenty of paddleboards, kayaks and floats that we could use any time during our stay! It truly made our trip so memorable. The tiki hut with sun chairs and hammocks on the beach were so enjoyable. John was friendly and helpful and went above and beyond multiple times for us to make sure we were accommodated. Property is perfect for a getaway. So beautiful. We stayed in the Bayside and it was just perfect. So much to do. Games, kayaks, fishing. Right on the property we saw fish, manatees, lobster, nurse shark and so much more. Dock was perfect for our boat. I would definitely go there again. Everyone had a great time.
