As one of Buttonwood Bay’s most highly sought after condo units, this marina front 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor unit will awe you as soon as you open the door, with no stairs in the unit, all areas are easily accessible. This completely remodeled unit will show you why Buttonwood Bay is Key Largo’s premier destination.

This rare condo unit offers a renovated and updated kitchen with plenty of kitchen tools and gadgets for your chef. There is also a deck with outdoor dining perfect for watching the boats stroll in after a long day on the ocean. The main floor has an open concept living area with the kitchen overlooking the dining room (seats 6) and living room with a large flat screen TV.

Off the main living area, you will find the master bedroom, with its own private bathroom, offering a queen size bed where you can kick up your feet and watch the boats go by on the marina. Not that you’ll ever get bored of the view, but just in case, there is also a flat screen TV and desk in the master. A second bedroom with a queen size bed is perfect for friends to visit comfortably. This bedroom has a fully updated bathroom as well.

Buttonwood Bay is minutes from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, deep sea and flats fishing charters, or swimming with dolphins. The beautiful Florida Keys offer exceptional outdoor activities such as sport fishing, scuba diving, reef snorkeling, back water kayaking, paddleboarding, bike riding, and boating. Nearby there are great local restaurants featuring freshly caught seafood, lively music and island-style entertainment!

Perfect in every way

We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was perfect. The lanai was my favorite spot to lounge and the ceiling fans helped to keep it comfortable. But if it did become too warm with the evening sun you could always move to the seating area on the front patio as that area is always shaded and comfortable. There were just so many outside seating options which was perfect because when your staying in paradise who wants to spend all their time indoors. Dolphins, manatees and tarpons entertained us almost daily in the canal. Although it was only my husband and I staying in the unit it could easily and comfortably accommodate more people without ever feeling crowded. The king size bed in the master was so comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with every appliance or gadget you could possibly need. If you ever tire from spending time at all the pools; playing pickle ball or tennis; participating in all of the planned activities or walking the beautiful grounds, there are lots of games and puzzles in the condo available for your use. Jessica was so responsive whenever we had a question. The location and layout of this condo is in my opinion one of the best in the complex.
