This newly renovated, 3/2 pet-friendly Key Largo vacation home is spaciously laid out over two levels with chic island-interior finishes throughout. Centrally located, it is 45 minutes from Miami, and just moments from John Pennekamp State Park, making it easy to get out on the water. Professionally maintained & managed; it features:

Ground Floor
The ground floor living area is bursting with sunlight and the ambiance of a true Florida beach home, making it easy to gather, relax, and create lifelong memories with friends and family. There are three living areas on the ground floor:
Canopy Corner: Lounge in the rocker under the shaded canopy while you get lost in your favorite book, or roast marshmallows under the stars around the fire pit
Breezy Dining: Fire up the grill next to the spacious outdoor dining area with seating for 8
Sun Soaking: Soak up the sun while lounging next to the HEATED pool.
This multi-functional area is also fisherfolk friendly, with a small outdoor sink to clean your catch and an outdoor freezer to store your catch or bait. There is also free parking available at the house for up to a 27 ft boat on a trailer and for cars (3-4 cars with ease).

Second Floor
The home’s upper level features a bright and airy open concept kitchen/living/dining area with modern stainless steel appliances and tons of cozy seating for family movie night. Just off the living room is a screened deck, perfect for reading, enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. And when it’s time for bed, this home comfortably sleeps 6. There are 2 bedrooms with queen-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms, and a third bedroom featuring a cozy trundle daybed that sleeps 2.

House was very clean and well equipped. Stayed 5 weeks and had no problems. Heat kept us warm when temperature went down to 30's. Never got to use the pool since it was cold outside.

Great place

The place looked just like the pictures and was a great place to stay. We have been renting home for many, many years when we travel and I can’t think of a better stocked place that we have stayed. It felt like they thought of everything! And honestly, the property manager was great, very communicative and responsive about anything we might need. She also had a brief questionnaire before we went so she could recommend local restaurants and activities. The only thing missing was a dishwasher, I hadn’t notice that in the pictures lol.
