The first floor features a cozy bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, perfect for privacy. This bedroom is unattached from the main house.

2023 Update: New Campground Rules will not allow water vessels to enter the campgrounds on the following holiday weekends: Memorial Day, July 4th, Lobster Mini Season, Labor Day. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's.

→ During check-in at the campgrounds, guests will be asked to provide a $250 security deposit by the Calusa Campground staff that is refunded within 72 hrs. of check-out. This is done by the staff in case of damage to shared spaces on the campgrounds.


→There is a $10 RESERVATION FEE payable by guest to CALUSA CAMPGROUND at check in


→ The campgrounds will charge $25 for boat entry and $10 for extra vehicle entry.

We had a good stay…property was nice and worked well that everyone had their own space….the upstairs is beautiful and comfortable all around but the room downstairs could use a little comfort added. May not be important to everyone… things like flat pillows…sheets do not compare to upstairs…bed is hard…no extra blanket. The kitchen down stairs where they want cooking done does not have all cooking items…so running up and down for items was inconvenient…but needed the exercise. The sink did not drain in the kitchen and there was no gas for the stove. Reached out but got no response back…we made it work! Those are all minor items in this beautiful property. The park is quiet and amenities were great! Everyone in the park were friendly!
