Close to restaurants and dining, parks, and great views. You’ll love my home because of the peaceful atmosphere, sitting on your own dock watching the boats pass by or friendly manatees swim up. Enjoy swimming in the pool or just relaxing on the patio with a drink in your hand. This home is in a private, gated community and about 10 homes from the bay. A Pontoon boat rental is available(ask for details). Great for couples, adventurers, families (with kids).
The space
This is an absolutely gorgeous 3 bedroom, 3 bath home that is beautifully decorated. This is not a condo but a very large home in a secured, private, gated community. The bay area is visible from your patio which allows you to enjoy the tranquil sunsets from your own private balcony. The newly renovated deck offers the perfect area for entertaining and relaxing. Enjoy the frequently visited manatees that play right at the dock while watching the tarpon roll. You are less than 1 mile from the everglades national park boundaries which offer a variety of activities including bird watching, fishing, and relaxing. A pontoon boat rental is available at a greatly reduced rate so you can explore the back country and all the keys have to offer. You are only 3 miles from Adams Cut, which allows direct access to the ocean for deep sea fishing, scuba diving, and snorkeling in the most beautiful reefs in the world.
We are one of only a handful of communities in Key Largo legally allowed by Monroe County to rent less than 28 days. (Ref. Code Compliance CE19010124) and adhere to all local and HOA regulations.
