Awake to the sight of a glorious sunrise from your private oasis. This stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom oceanfront villa is perched directly on the beach in Key Largo, offering panoramic marina-facing views and magnificent vistas of the sparkling ocean.

With its soaring ceilings and open, sun-drenched layout, this villa is a serene escape for up to six guests. It boasts a gourmet island kitchen, two distinct dining spaces, and three comfortable lounge areas, both indoor and outdoor—all designed to create endless coastal memories. It was completely renovated in 2020.

Located inside, private, gated Kawama Yacht Club Resort & Marina. With access to:
3 pools, 2 tennis courts, a 4.5 acre salt water lagoon with tropical fish. The Jetty extends 1,000 feet into the ocean for fishing and beautiful sunsets.
Dockage for boats up to 45 feet. Free use of the Boat Ramp. Free Trailer Parking.
We provide Kayaks, Paddle Boards, Bikes, fishing equipment, tennis equipment, pool & beach floats, etc...

Restaurants are within walking distance.

THIS CONDO IS CLEANED & SANITIZED TO THE NEW CDC STANDARDS.

Included at no extra charge are free WiFi, Golf Cart, Kayaks, Paddle Boards, Tennis equipment, Fishing rods & reels, snorkeling gear, bikes and free parking for up to 2 cars.

Deep water dockage is available along with a boat ramp. Use of the boat ramp is free. Trailer parking is free.

There are 3 pools, 3 beaches, 2 tennis courts, a playground, a 4 acre salt water lagoon with tropical fish that you may swim with and feed, a 1,000 foot jetty that extends into the ocean that you may fish from and see beautiful sunsets.

Area Information

We are an "Island of Humanity" encircled by a "Sea of Nature" that is surrounded, on 3 sides, by the John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park with the best coral reefs in the United States. Just outside of our gated community is Dolphin Plus, where you may swim with dolphins. A block past Dolphin Plus are the Key Largo Fisheries & the Pilot House Restaurants. A half mile further is the intersection oF U.S. 1 and a shopping area that includes CVS, Walgreens, 9 restaurants, 3 banks, multiple dive shops, Jacobs Aquatic Park and many other stores. Being that we are over a mile from the main road, we are very quiet here. There are Dive, Snorkel, Glass Bottom & Rental boats available within a mile of us. 2 miles from us is Tradewinds Plaza with K-Mart, Publix and 25 more stores and restaurants. There are over 50 restaurants within 5 miles of us

Do not recommend

Only giving it two stars for the location and view. Do not stay Villa B1. The unit wasn’t very clean, the host is a piece of work, and many of the provided amenities very broken, but the biggest issue is the first level. The first level contains the third bedroom, a common area, and a pool table. It has an overwhelming smell of mildew/mold. The first floor bedroom has visible mold/mildew on the ceiling. Also, when we arrived the bed was so wobbly it seems like it would break if anyone used it and the center support was secured with zip ties with rest of the hardware falling out of the frame. Our parents were supposed to join us mid way through the rental, but we couldn’t in good conscience have them stay in the first floor bedroom given the issues so they canceled their trip. We felt awful. The host replaced the frame only because we complained and was incredibly rude about the our concerns. All but one of the pool cues’ tips were broken. The host noted this when we arrived and made a comment that he should fix them, but of course never did. The provided bicycles had flat tires. You can find other reviews for this unit at Kawama and Hoya on other travel sites which state the same issues. Do not stay here.

Perfect location for a relaxing week. Host was wonderful and met us for a quick tour of the property and neighborhood which answered a lot of questions that might come up during the week.

September stay at Kawama

We had a wonderful stay at Kawama Yacht Club. The villa was beautiful, clean and spacious, with gorgeous oceanfront views and plenty of natural light. We also enjoyed walking along the water in the mornings and made good use of the tennis courts on the property. Only note is that the condo could have been better stocked with toiletries. We had to purchase toilet paper and shampoo during our weeklong stay. Overall, would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic retreat.

Family Keys Vacation

The villa has beautiful views with plenty of activities on the resort property and easy access to all Key Largo has to offer. The property is nicely updated, spacious and clean. We would not hesitate to rent again on future occasions.
