Large 2 bedroom unit with cable, wifi. There is a barbecue and eating area on the large screened porch that overlooks the water. The unit can be combined with a 1 bedroom unit, next door, for larger groups. There is a Queen bed in the Master Bedroom and a set of twins in the second bedroom. Washer and dryer are in the unit. The kitchen is complete for all of your cooking needs as well as linens. The boat is just below your unit and is a 23 ft.Mako, center console, with a 200 HP Yamaha 4 stroke engine that was installed in 2019. The boat is equipped with GPS, VHF and all Coast Guard required equipment.
During your stay at this condo building, you'll be within walking distance of John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. Enjoy features like laundry facilities. The condo includes amenities such as a kitchen and a washer/dryer.
