This lovely single-family, two-story luxury home is in the prestigious Truman Annex gated community on a very private cul-de-sac. At the end of a brick drive is a beautiful french door gate house entrance to the property. Once inside this gem you will find a fabulous, heated pool and lush tropical foliage, wrap around porches, large balconies' and lots of doors and windows in which bring the outdoors in for the perfect island setting. This large and very comfortable 4-bedroom home is complete with designer interior finishes, crown molding, high ceilings, gourmet kitchen & plenty of space to entertain or just simply hang out.

We truly enjoyed this home and it worked really well for us 6! Loved the pool, the ceiling fans were fantastic, the outdoor lights were fun!! So close to everything - would definitely recommend this home and would return!!!

A perfect vacation

We were looking for a nice week long getaway after our plans to go to the Dominican were changed. We have always loved Key West and decided that with our two families a house made more sense than staying at a hotel. A Palm Tree Haven has been beautifully updated, it’s a spotless and comfortable home to spend a week in. The location is perfect as it is just a block off of Duval Street. We loved having the pool to cool off in and the beds were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room to hang out. Compass Realty was wonderful to deal with and were readily accessible to get us in and to answer any questions we might have. All in all, we would highly recommend a very enjoyable stay at Palm Tree Haven.
