One full bath with shower and den/single bedroom are conveniently located downstairs. Screened porches overlooking the golf course and pond offer tranquil nature and wildlife views. This home has a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Flat screen Smart TVs in the living room and each bedroom with streaming Direct TV content live TV. Complimentary Wi-Fi service is provided as well. The upstairs bedrooms have privacy shades for napping/sleeping in on lazy mornings. The screened in back porch from the living room is furnished with table and chairs for al fresco dining to enjoy the tropical breezes. The newly pavered back yard offers lush, tropical landscaping and a propane grill to cook your catch. Additional outdoor seating is located on the front porch.
