We stayed for three nights and were satisfied with the accommodations. The room was clean and if you want to be close to the action this is a good choice. It was a bit noisy at night but that should be expected for the close proximity to Duvall St. We will stay here again on our next trip.

Some idiot locked the dead bolt lock on the white gate we had know way to get in. And don't bother calling the phone number on the wall by the room door, nobody will call you back ever. So the location is good but the rest not so much

Never got new towels or linens during our 8 night stay. Only two rolls of toilet paper also. I asked the cleaning staff/service for more toilet paper one day. There was a language barrier. They did a lot of talking amongst themselves, but no one came over and talked to me after I asked the lady in the courtyard about it. Great location and a straightforward place to stay. No glam, but a comfy bed and a nice bathroom.

The hotel is an old building built in the 1800s and it shows the condition of the rooms were not perfect. It was OK for the few days we needed to stay but for the price the chain hotel might be better.

Room was clean and a good value. No parking for this unit - nearby lot was $40/day. Everything was in good condition. I disagree with previous reviewer who said it was run down - hardwood floor could stand to be refinished but did not bother me. It was relatively noisy, 57 decibles ("quiet office") when the AC wall unit was at its loudest, vs. "quiet library" when it was off. It's in the heart of the tourist district so there is some street noise. Big fridge was nice, selection of pillows was good. Didn't find kleenex, wifi didn't work (texted property and no reply) and place seemed to be in mobile data dead zone, blowdryer was short kind that sucks in and burns long hair, there's a gap between blinds and window that faces the bed, there were paint cans in the closet and cabinet which seemed odd but didn't really bother me. Two shower heads was nice. Decor was cute. At the time I booked, other available properties were hundreds more, so pleased with my choice.
