This pet-friendly home welcomes one hypoallergenic dog under 25 pounds with prior approval and a non-refundable pet fee of $250. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles, plus space for a boat trailer. There's also a bait freezer in the laundry room for anglers, plus high-speed Wi-Fi and all the comforts of home. This is a 28-night minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. ***The renter will be asked to send a photo of their drivers license upon booking. There is a 4% credit card processing fee. All reservations subject to final approval from the local Rental Manager. Online bookings accepted with approval from the Rental Manager within 24 hours. The vacation rental contract must be signed and returned after speaking with the Rental Manager for the reservation to be confirmed.
To ensure that you are protected, as well as the owner, we require a $55 Damage Waiver Insurance Policy.
