We loved the location of the resort. It was within walking distance of Duvall street and so many restaurants. Even though it is close to everything it was very quiet and peaceful. The small private beach was nice to return to after seeing the sights. The staff was super friendly too. Would stay here again if we return to Key West.

We loved our stay! Just know the 3rd floor suites are 152 stairs with NO elevator. For some reason there is frequently a sulfur/sewage smell that is quite unpleasant:( Staff very helpful and they will take your luggage if you ask🌴☀️🌴☀️

Great location. Room was clean and plenty big enough (1 bedroom suite). The grounds were great. Pool area was always clean. Worked cleaned the decks by the room every day. Staff was super friendly. There isn’t much to do at the resort except hang out by the pool or ocean but that was perfect for us. I would recommend staying here.

We enjoyed staying at the C301 apartment. We had a good time, and the condo was clean. The room was clean, airy, and the beds were comfortable, and everything worked. We did notice ants near the side table in the bedroom, but nothing to be overly concerned about. There was a dove/pigeon right outside nesting under the awning where it would make a lot of cooing noise that would wake us up early in the morning, again, nothing to be concerned about, but worth noting.

There were a few problems figuring out how to work things, especially the tv. But the staff was very fast to respond. The phone didn't work at all, so I had to use my cell phone or walk over to the front desk. This was a time-share property, so no maid service. But washer/dryer was free and so were all the soaps.

Our "studio" room was a little disappointing. A microwave and small fridge were stuffed into a closet - without a useable space for the coffee pot. The room did not have a table and only had 1 chair. (The room was clean and the king bed was nice.) I'm still giving 5 stars because the grounds, pool, and beach were so beautiful and well-maintained. I've seen reviews that complained about seaweed on the beach but I could see that the beach was raked every morning. The location was great.

This property is perfect because of the location, the view is wonderful. Restaurant is great! However the parking garage will WRECK the bottom of your vehicle when driving into it. Do not attempt it if you have a low car!!! Steet parking is a better bet unless you wanna take your car to the shop to get fixed.
