The weather was in the 60’s and it was cold in the room with no heat. The location was convenient. For the price the linens need an improvement. Scratchy sheets and flat pillows.

The room was in decent shape needs updating. The lady working at the place was nice. The place it’s about a 20 min walk from Duval st. So you have to uber. Not close to anything

Colors on White offers much to a traveler with a budget in mind -- at least as much of a budget as Key West allows. Location was a 15-min to 30-min walk to pretty much anything on the west third of the island -- which is the tourist-heavy area. It's even near a rare 24-hr bodega-style food shop. The neighborhood was also much quieter than Duval (the main strip), the small pool area was pleasant, and the room was just fine overall -- complete with the kind of wear to be expected at this budget level. // Important to know: The sheets, comforter, etc. were extremely stained. I've never seen anything like it in my years of travel. Also, make sure to contact the staff via phone (not email) many days ahead if you will arrive after their limited office time -- you'd have to set up a lock box on Duval to receive a physical key.

There seemed to be mold behind the toilet and the first day housekeeping was less than acceptable, leaving no towels, just throwing the comforter on top of the bed while leaving all the rest of the sheets wadded up underneath. The room is old an outdated. The balcony may have another year left before it falls off. It was not the best place in the keys.

Room 401 needs maintenance. The light and TV would not work in the communal area. We could not access the pool. Room 402, the bathroom door doors not have a bottom track and it's very difficult to close and open.

Nice and quiet, good price and close to downtown Duvall Street. The property also included parking for us on checkout day so we could spend time in the area without paying for additional parking.

Quaint building, converted from a large home. Parking is no ideal but manageable. You have to check in at another location 8 blocks away but you have to figure it out for yourself once you arrive. Overall, you get what you pay for. It worked for us.

Room needs to be updated. AC poor condition. Fridge not getting cold. Had to let the shower run for 10 minutes before the water was hot. Entire building is falling apart. Extremely over priced. A lovely property with fantastic staff. The apartment itself is in need of a bit of tlc in particular the kitchenette which isn’t great. The equipment isn’t up to scratch to be honest and we chose to eat out. That said the balcony was fab with great views and the location excellent if you take bikes which we did. They make it so much easier to get around. Wasn’t disappointed at all, loved the place and would stay again

We walked most trips out around the island: 10-15 minutes to dining and entertainment. The staff kept our room clean and stocked. We parked at the bottom of the stairs that lead to our spot.
