This where my husband and I stayed for our wedding/honeymoon. They treated us like royalty. Rooms are small however, totally worth the stay and will go back again!!!

We had room 106. It was very cramped. The bed was memory foam and extremely soft. The bathroom did not have a vent. The saving grace for the hotel is the pool area. The hot tub and pool area was fantastic. Sparkling clean and perfect temps in both pools. We didn’t expect a big luxurious room. We wanted to be in a walkable area with a hot tub & pool were what we needed. The room rate was comparably high for the area. The parking is tight as well. It wasn’t a bad stay, but we won’t stay in Key West again. Just know that is the situation when you stay there. It was a cool old hotel.

The staff was very helpful and attentive. It is close to everything. The rooms are small but that’s normal for this area. I did not like that the hall light was on outside our room and streaming in through an above door window. We had to block it with our towels to be able to sleep. Also, the parking situation is less than ideal.

This was our first time at The Eden House, a beautiful boutique hotel with a lovely pool. We will definitely go back!! We spent 3 nights there, parked our car and either walked or bicycled everywhere on Key West. Lovely hotel

The room was clean but TERRIBLY SMALL!!! We had to squeeze to get by the foot of the bed and the wall as it was So Tight!! There was NO CLOSET OR DRESSER!! NO room to hang or put clothes! There was a luggage rack but the only two places for it were by the bathroom door or shower door, which prevented either one from opening fully. NO SPARE SPACE!!! There was a mini fridge and microwave. The pool and hot tub looked well-maintained. The front desk people were very friendly. Oh-----on our first night, the smoke alarm battery died and I had to climb on the bed to take out the battery. And the BED!!! HORRIBLE!!!! The bed had a plank of wood running down the middle, from head to foot, under the bed. This caused it to be Higher in and middle so we were always sliding toward the edge of the bed. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!! And the fitted sheet kept coming off the bed---not so "fitted"!! We were there for a week and we thought it was very pricey ($3k !!) for what we got. We will Not be back. And parking...virtually non-existent...just a few spots for guests and most street parking is Residents Only. We were fortunate enough to get a covered spot (of which there only a few) on our second day and we just walked everywhere from there. We purchased a two-day trolley pass to see things that were too far to walk to. I highly recommend that! The drivers had lots of great information!

Overall it was ok, but I would not stay here again. Pros: it was clean and had a pool. Cons: The rooms are so very small, hubby hit his leg twice on bed just trying to get to bathroom. Hotel is noisy late night and early morning, and definitely don’t stay on first floor because it sounds like they are moving furniture upstairs. And if you like the room dark, this won’t happen here with the little window on top of door and the lights outside the door that remain on all night long. The “limited parking” is extremely limited and spots are so skinny, most vehicles would not fit. Pool area nice, easily the best part. If you don’t mind small spaces, parking a couple blocks away, and are a deep sleeper, you might be fine here.
