A collection of four individual 1 bedroom suites on Duval Street. All on the same floor and across the hall from each other. The Paradise and Key West Suite have a king bed with 1 queen pull out sofa and 1 queen pull down bed(murphy bed). The Cuban Club and Mile Zero Suite have a queen bed, 1 queen pull out sofa and 1 queen pull down bed (murphy bed). Located on Duval Street in historic Old Town, Key West. Free parking. Private heated and cooled pool behind building.



The Space:

The 4 suites are located within Duval Street Suites penthouse. Each suite is individually designed and decorated with 400 luxurious square feet each to relax and enjoy. Vibrant Caribbean colors and décor with relaxed and enjoyable furnishings of each suite. The four suites equates to 4 bedrooms, 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds 2 Queen Pull out sofas and 2 Queen pull down beds (murphy beds). There are four fully equipped kitchens, dining and living room areas and private bathrooms. The Suites are complete with all standard hotel accommodations, including private bathrooms, cable televisions, and internet access, plus access to a washer/dryer. The pool area has a BBQ grill, lounge chairs, dining and picnic area with outdoor bar and TV. The 2 parking spaces in the rear of the property are free of charge for guests. We are a locally owned and operated vacation rental.



Guest Access:

Duval Street Suites utilizes key-less entry and self check-in. You will have access to free Wi-fi, Hulu streaming service, a private pool reserved for guest staying at the property located directly behind the building. Duval Street is located in the front of the building.



The Neighborhood:

Within walking distance to several highly rated restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues to meet the needs of all groups and ages. A short 5-10 minute walk will get you to: The Key West Butterfly and Nature Conservatory, Key West Lighthouse, The Hemingway Home and Museum, and Southernmost Point of the Continental USA. Mallory Square, is a 15 minute walk from the property. The street performers, food carts and sunset are sure to leave you with that warm and fuzzy feeling. Duval St. Suites is surrounded by several restaurants within 5-10 minutes of walking such as: Moon Dog Café, DJ's Clam Shack (featured on Food Network's, "Diner's, Drive-in's and Dives"), Better Than Sex- A Dessert Restaurant, Blue Heaven, Sloppy Joes, Hard Rock Café and many more hidden gems along the way. Close to everything and yet its still quiet and private at the calmer end of Duval Street, but mere minutes away from all the action. Duval Street Suites is close to perfect!



Getting Around:

Key West is a small city on a tiny Island. Streets are narrow and often congested with cars, motorcycles, people and chickens! To save money on gas, promote a low carbon-footprint, and to protect our tropical environment, several businesses are dedicated to daily or weekly rentals such as: golf carts, scooters, bicycles, and other types of unique transportation that's efficient and fun. Old Town Trolley Tours, has a hop-on hop-off Trolley that will get you around town with 13 different stops along the route. You can shop, eat, and sight see at your leisure and then board the train for the next adventure. The Conch Tour Train, established in 1958, is a 75 minute historic sightseeing tour that will give you fun facts and history while you tour Key West.
