This waterfront two bedroom condo is located in the Truman Annex, Key West's premier residential community. Enjoy endless sunsets from all of the rooms and the balcony. The primary suite features King bed and large beautifully appointed bath. The guest bedroom features twins which can be converted to a King bed if desired. Just let us know and the housekeeper will have it set up for you prior to arrival. Complimentary wireless internet is provided for your convenience. Each bedroom has a flat panel TV and the living room offers a conventional TV. All kitchen amenities included, so just pull some ice from freezer and make up a nice pitcher of tea while relaxing and watching the sailing ships along the island filled horizon.
Harbour Place has a large heated swimming pool directly on the ocean exclusively for Harbour Place residents. These are the largest condos in Truman Annex. This stunning unit has one assigned covered parking spot. Enjoy this location with only a couple of blocks walk to Duval Street, Mallory Square, and the world famous natural Fort Zachary Taylor State Park and Beach.

Amazing Place

This property is in the perfect spot. Would definitely want to rent this place again. It was super spacious, the view was amazing and it is in a quiet location in old town which is not easy to find!!

Our Week in Key West

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Truman Annex unit. The location on the water was superb - sunset views and all the boats going in and out of the harbor! Just a short walk to Mallory Square and Duval Street, with their interesting shops, great restaurants and “watering holes”.

Wonderful unit in a great complex!

The Pros: We loved this property. The location in Truman Annex is perfect - the view from the balcony and all the bedrooms was beautiful and fascinating. So much to see. And it's an easy walk to most everything. The pool is lovely though it could use some umbrellas. They were shown in pictures of the complex but there were not there. The unit was very, very clean and well appointed. The Cons: The Truman Annex check in system is antiquated. You have to go to the guard shack to register your car and it's laborious and annoying and sometimes the guard isn't even there. Then you have to go to the office to get keys from a lock box. There is little information in the unit on how to operate things so it's trial and error. Compass Realty, who managed this property, was terrible to work with when we tried to rebook for next year. They said this property is not available and they made no effort to find us another. We went to another realtor and found a great place. Compass's loss by being unhelpful!

Great location, property needs updating

Can't beat the location. The Truman Annex is in a gated community on the water but only two blocks from Duval and Malory Square. The property itself needs updating. Windows are broken, holes in the screens and the freezer needs a good cleaning (ice smells like fish). Furniture and appointments are worn. We paid top dollar and did not feel the home stepped up to the price.
