The room was not clean, especially bathroom. Linens were worn and stained. A/C had trouble cooling. When asking for maid service, we didn’t receive any service until we asked 2 more times.

Staff was pleasant and rooms were clean. Breakfast was ok but lacking a bit even for continental. Location is wonderful however is loud throughout the early morning. Room door was very wonky and did not close well, shower had low water pressure. If your looking at location to Duval and price point, overall a good choice.

The rooms needed to be updated, and the staff was just OK. The problem is there’s a live band playing across the street till 2 AM every day so there’s not a snowball chance in hell you’re gonna go to sleep before 2 AM. Location is great, but I would not recommend staying at this hotel due to the live band across the street every night.

Furniture was falling apart....door locks did not work right.....towel rack above toilet was pulling out of the wall....some sort of white substance all over the floor and wall. Horrible property and I did not stay and requested a refund but have yet to see it refunded so may have to take further action.

beyond horrible stay overall. Room was flat out disgusting everything was dirty. the shower didn’t look like it was ever cleaned- the shower dispensers were empty. every time we went to the front desk they were busy talking on their personal cellphones with AirPods or didn’t even acknowledged someone was standing there.

The room was clean, bathroom was very clean. Daily towel service was appreciated. Enjoyed the second floor outside area quite a bit. Bar vending machine on the second floor was broken, but wouldn't have used anyways. Other reviewers complained about street noise, but we didn't hear anything in room 305.

I tried to call over 20 times to reach someone at the front desk during business hours. I kept being transferred to a message system and left messages. No one ever called me back. Why doesn't the desk office forward the calls to a mobile duty phone that the employee carries during the day?

Room was very clean and comfortable. Bonuses were that it opened to a well maintained pool and rooftop patio for people watching !! Excellent location as it is located at the center of Duval St- restaurants and watering holes on both sides of the street. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend- I know we will be back!
