Perfect location, exceptional deal

Location 1 block off duval, right about the middle point between the ocean and the Gulf. And i didn't have to break the bank to stay. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome Stay

We rented this property for February and March so my 80+ y/o mother could escape the cold winter up north. Turns out, it was the perfect place for our needs. The house is conveniently located just off of Duval Street making it ideal for walking to all the surrounding attractions, restaurants, bars and shops. The house is comfortable, very clean and in a very quiet location. We found the owner and property manager to be responsive and professional. I highly recommend this property!

A newly renovated property with an open concept layout for the living room and kitchen. The house has an excellent location, right off Duval street. Even though it is in heart of old town, it is really quiet in the evenings. There are two bedrooms; the master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed. In addition to a beautiful interior space, there is a large deck, with a portion covered by an extended roof area and a spot that is more sunny. The managing agent, James, was very helpful and accommodating. We stayed a month in 2022-2023, and are ready to book this house again. This is a fantastic property that feels comfortable from the moment you walk in. As it was the first time for us renting a vacation property, we were pleasantly surprised by the whole experience.
