Come stay in this perfect Key West cottage located just a few short blocks from Higgs Beach in the historic Casa Marina neighborhood. This piece of paradise is within walking distance of the famous Duval Street and all its fabulous restaurants and nightlife.  From the moment you enter the property, you will be captured by your private garden oasis. Enjoy morning coffee from the covered porch with an outdoor fan and cafe lights.   Grill on the outdoor BBQ or lounge in the sparkling jacuzzi. Kick back and relax in this beautiful hideaway after a busy day exploring the fabulous Florida Keys.



A newly decorated living room with comfortable furnishings opens to a bonus sunroom which, with its wall of glass, provides several peaceful retreats to relax or work.  A well-appointed Chef's kitchen makes for an enjoyable gathering place to cook with friends and family.  A casual dining room nook overlooks the garden.  The Master bedroom suite features a king-size bed with a new Perfect Sleeper mattress and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up glass shower.  The spacious guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom with another large glass shower.   Both bedrooms are conveniently located on the main floor but apart to allow for privacy. The living room has a Bassett pullout sofa with a comfortable mattress that sleeps two.
