SUNFLOWER MELODIES is a property designed to help you relax and enjoy life on the rock. The cool island tones and upscale furnishings provide a sense of comfort. The plush sofa in the living room is perfect for your group to gather in front of the large flat-screen HD Smart TV. The dining room has a large dining table with seating for six and two extra seats at the kitchen bar. The kitchen offers modern appliances and is fully equipped with all of the tools you'll need to prepare meals at home.

THE BACKYARD...

As well done as the interior of SUNFLOWER MELODIES is, the real shining star is the private oasis awaiting you in the backyard. The pool was recently installed, can be heated in the cooler months, and faces its own large flat-screen TV! There’s a private tiki hut, which also features a flat-screen TV, and comfy outdoor furniture. The outdoor Foosball table provides another entertainment option and the detached Guest House has been converted to a home office in case you need to get work done during your vacation. The fully fenced turf yard is surrounded by lush landscaping, making the backyard of SUNFLOWER MELODIES completely private. Fire up the propane grill for an outdoor meal using the outdoor dining set with seating for four.

Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.
