Super friendly staff! Patrick was a sweetheart, giving us awesome Key West tips that helped us avoid the crowds. He was so nice. They always had Starbucks coffee, which was great. Breakfast was alright, nothing special. Loved being close to Duval Street, it felt way more chill than a hotel. May need little bit renovation. The loft on our 2nd night looked nice but the regular rooms need some renovations.

Great location! No parking on premises. Really thin walls and floors so you will hear stomping from those above you unless you are on the top floor. Continental breakfast was always served on time 8a-10a. Happy hour from 5p-7p provided wine, cheese and nuts. Property is small and older but kept clean and in a great location near Duval St. Nice size pool and inground jacuzzi offer relaxation in the evenings.

Centrally located right off Duval St in tourist area, walkable to most attractions. Very good breakfast (fresh fruit, juices, baked goods, cereal, hard boiled eggs, and 24hr Starbucks machine) and happy hour (red and white wine, cheese crackers and nuts). Friendly helpful staff, clean rooms. But, low water pressure in showers. Our room had a temperamental toilet that needed repeated flushing, and also plugged. (Each room has its own toilet plunger!) Alleyway to guest house is dirty. Would not stay at this location again.

Great location if you don’t plan to sleep

Positive - great location just off Duval Street. Plenty of bars, shops and restaurants within a short walk. Hotel has a Caribbean vibe to it, pool stays open all day and they have a hot tub. Downside - parking. First come, first serve for parking so no guarantee. Stayed on the third floor, hope your suit case isn’t too heavy as the stairs are narrow. A/C was really, really loud so I had to turn it off at night even though it was warm. Roosters outside start up around 5:30 am. If you’re a heavy sleeper, the Cabana Inn will do just fine. If you’re a light sleeper, look elsewhere.
