Rooms need a good, thorough cleaning (a lot of mold in the bathroom), the restaurant is WAY over-priced & has a lack-luster selection, and the door-based key card receivers all need new software or something since mine never worked & security would need to meet me at my room to let me. Most of the staff were nice, the beach location was terrific, and the convenience of a local convince store was fantastic.

We were unhappy with our ‘resort view room’ which was, in fact, a view of a parking lot and laundry-operations of the neighboring hotel. We brought it to the attention of the desk clerk on Check in and nothing was done. We also felt that the $67 per day resort fee was excessive given the high price of the room to begin with.

We had such a wonderful stay here and will be back! The facility and rooms were super clean and comfortable, staff was kind and helpful, and the beach service was incredible. We will never stay anywhere else in Key West! I highly recommend for both families and couples.

It was a very cozy and pretty hotel. The rooms however were not as clean as you would expect especially for over 600 per night. The location was walkable to Duval St which was nice. One of the elevators was broke the entire time we were there and ice machine was broke on our floor. Be prepared to spend more at checkout as parking and resort fees for a four night stay added up to extra 500. The pool and beach staff were very efficient and courteous as well as front door greeters. We liked that you could use their sister hotel . Would come back but without a car and hoped they would step up on housecleaning.
