The staff at this property was excellent, and the location was incredibly convenient with easy access to the ski lift. However, cleanliness was an issue—the jacuzzi had a lotttt of algae, the path to the bus stop was poorly maintained and hazardous to walk on, and our bathroom ceiling was noticeably flaking

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. The amenities that the hotel provided were always available. The only criticism was that due to the snow melting and freezing, the road and the walkways were hazardous to walk on and I believe they should make more effort to prevent the icing, or remove the ice.

The best thing about the Hyatt is proximity to chair, you can walk half a block and you’re on! The suite was adequate but I needed more light. They provided me a desk lamp. They have 3 hot tubs, a laundry and free breakfast daily. The downside was my floors ice machine was broken but it was a small inconvenience. They serve delicious cookies every afternoon and overall from checking in, to leaving people were friendly and helpful. I would return.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt. The staff was welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent, offering different options every day. Coffee and free water were available all the time, which was a nice touch. The hotel is in a prime location, with everything close by—snow activities, the beautiful and vibrant River Run area, and more. However, on our last day, the fire alarm went off, creating a chaotic situation. We’ve never experienced anything like this before, and evacuating with kids in the cold of January was quite challenging. While I understand it was for our safety, it was still very inconvenient. Aside from that incident, we had a great stay and would highly recommend this place!

Had a wonderful 3 night stay w 2 adults and 2 teenagers. This is a fantastic value for proximity to the slopes and lifts in Keystone. Easy 7 min walk. Beautiful view from large windows in our room. Ask for a 5th or 6th floor room for close proximity to hot tubs. Rooms are on the small side and then add in ski gear. Nice couch area by the floor to ceiling windows w mountain view. Lovely beeakfast each day w varied and healthy options. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate always available in tge lobby. Fresh baked cookies served at 4pm. Nice surprise was a free water station in the lobby w flavor, electrolytes, and vitamin add ins. Walking distance to restaurants. Free shuttle or short drive to main Keystone Village. We will be back.
