Very nice property, beautiful area, staff was friendly and helpful, rooms very nice and clean, beds were good, balcony on the room with wonderful views. We ate dinner at their restaurant, food was excellent and service phenomenal, breakfast the next morning was awesome. Less than 10 minutes to Mt Rushmore, so great location

Keystone, in a nice, quiet area.

Great location and property. Shower has a huge rainfall shower head, but weak water pressure nullifies it. A very small tv for 2025, but good WiFi. Nice breakfast and dining area.

Peaceful haven

What a pleasant surprise when we checked in. You can see Mt. Rushmore from the hotel lobby! We received a sincere welcome from Craig and then Laura was very helpful as well. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. A family of deer slept on the grass outside our balcony and we enjoyed coffee on our patio while enjoying the beautiful pines and of course, the profile of George Washington up on the monument! We would visit again!!

Perfect Stay near Mt Rushmore

Everything about our stay was perfect! Very comfortable beds, parking was great, and the breakfast served every morning was wonderful with a lot of variety. The location was close to a lot of attractions, shopping, and restaurants. We would absolutely stay there again!

The staff at at Kbar Lodge were awsome. The front desk greqted us with smiles qnd where super helpful. Great breakfast in the morning. Pus the view of the mountains from the hotel are breathtaking.

This Lodge is beautiful. Nestled in the tall pine trees with a view of Mt Rushmore. Our room had a spacious patio and comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay

This place is the best location, and even has a view of Mount Rushmore. The grounds are beautiful, the restaurant is great and the rooms are comfortable and clean. I’d come back and recommend!
