This cabin offers a true Colorado experience in the heart of Summit County and is surrounded by landscape and mountain views in a "locals" neighborhood. In the winter, enjoy the views from the deck as you sip your coffee or apres' drinks. Cozy up to the fireplace in the lower level living area while others enjoy snacks and hot chocolate in the kitchen area above. The Cabin is pet friendly and offers plenty of outdoor space with an uphill backyard, corn holes, and several board games for kids.

The upper level of this home features a spacious living area with TV, adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, each with a Queen size bed and full bathroom in the hall. Open to the kitchen and living area is the covered upper deck with plenty of seating, gas grill and views of the surrounding mountain peaks. The deck is perfect for year round outdoor living, chilling and star gazing. Downstairs is another living area with a gas fireplace and TV and plenty of seating. The downstairs bedroom has a King size bed and full bathroom. There is a den with Twin bed plus twin trundle.With the Twin bed and twin trundle this home can accomodate up to 8 guests.

Outside there is a private driveway with parking for up to 4 vehicles. The yard area is wooded with pine and aspen trees and plenty of space for kids, dogs or adults to play outside summer or winter. Just minutes to Lake Dillon, Keystone Ski Resort, downtown Dillon, shops and restaurants in Silverthorne, plus I-70 within 10 minutes for easy access. Head over Swan Mountain Rd to be in Breckenridge in 15 minutes. This is a perfect cental location, yet tucked away in a quiet wooded neighborhood.

This cozy and quaint cabin is perfect for a weekend away on the mountains - whether you be skiing, hiking, boating, cycling, the activities here are endless. Other surrounding ski resorts include A-Basin, Loveland, Copper, Breckenridge and Vail. This property is pet friendly upon approval. 2 pet maximum and a pet fee applies after booking.
