Save 5% due to possible construction noise or inconveniences on a neighboring new building. No construction-related refunds will be issued. There is construction taking place of another building (Kindred) nearby the Springs and some Red Hawk Properties during 2024 and most likely into 2025. While we will put every effort into keeping this page up to date, contractors don't always inform us of their schedules. There might be construction noise, blocked off pathways, building materials in the guest view and other issues that come with constructing a building. Therefore, we are providing an additional discount at the time of booking due to these possible inconveniences. Not valid with other discounts or promotions.
