The views were fantastic, staff helpful and polite. Food very good. The rooms are basic but clean. This is a resort build on a mountain and we were aware it was not a city type hotel. Some people seemed surprised and had not considered this was a very remote location. A great place to get the Africa experience.

Spectacular View as a Rewad

The road to the lodge is spectacular but in parts rather steep (We had 4x4 and no problems). The views from every spacious chalet and the restaurant are spectacular. The swimming pool and the grounds are well maintained. The food is ok but not spectacular.

Incredible views. Rooms were large and well appointed. Food was terrific. Only negative was lack of air-con as it was quite hot. Made use of the refreshing pool.

Cool UGAB Terrace Lodge.

It was all we wanted and more..!! Thanks for everything and especially the helpful and happy staff you have,... from the man at the desk to your singing waiters and waitresses...! The swimming pool was the best of our tripo ..lovely..! We had a GREAT stay at your Terrace Lodge

Tolle Lage auf dem Berg mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Das Essen ist hervorragend, das Personal sehr freundlich. Einziger Minuspunkt ist der nicht sehr saubere Pool.

Super Lage, schöne HÀusschen direkt am Klippenrand, leider kein Haarfön vorhanden - sollte bei dieser Preiskategorie eigentlich selbstverstÀndlich sein. ZipLine macht viel Spass und ist gut organisiert.

Schon die Lage und Aussicht aus den Chalets war super. Schöner Blick zu jeder Zeit auf die umliegenden Berge. Auch die Zip Line ist ein schönes Erlebnis. Nettes Personal. Speisenangebot morgens wie abends ist noch etwas ausbaufÀhug aber ok.

An sich hat das Hotel richtig Potenzial: Aufbau der Anlage und die Aussicht sind grandios. Das Zimmer war sehr gerĂ€umig und hatte eine tolle Aussicht vom Balkon. Leider ist es schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was grundsĂ€tzlich nicht schlimm ist (Liebe zum Detail ist schon vorhanden). Jedoch an der Sauberkeit muss noch gearbeitet werden (regelmĂ€ĂŸiges Kehren wĂŒrde schon helfen).

Het eerste wat mij te binnenschiet is "heel bijzonder". Zowel de locatie als de accommodatie. Het woord uitmuntend gebruik ik niet omdat het zo bijzonder was. Eten prima, maar geen WiFi!! Zoals werd gezegd: Dit is de wildernis.
