Garage access is off Manning Street only from the south.

This property has staggered pricing over 4 guests. Please declare accurate guest numbers at the time of booking and update these if your numbers increase before arrival. The tariff is for up to 4 guests and there is a surcharge of $70 per person per night for any extra guests staying to a maximum of 6 guests. Note – there is an air conditioner condenser unit inside the sunroom.

This property is in a strata complex, guests may not park in common driveway areas – there are 2 spots in the garage and plenty of on-street parking on Manning Street.

Plenty of room for 2 families, location is brilliant. Will definitely stay again. Only downfall was there’s no room in the kitchen for pantry items as every cupboard is full

Great position to everything. Lovely tidy little unit. Only thing negative was 1 set of keys. We were told to just use the key safe outside units but very difficult to use as had to get down on one knee to access it. Not ideal when a bit older.

Beautifully equipped apartment with enough space for three generations. Sea view, close to beach and nice restaurants. There are a lot of "rules" to follow (stuck around the place) but they are kind of amusing (and fair). You'll see what I mean if you rent the place. Didn't use BBQ but it has everything you need. We got a Woolworth's delivery (it's a fair walk). Worked really well. Excellent, would absolutely return.
