This beautiful open floorplan 2nd floor villa enjoys an enviable location adjacent to the award-winning Roy Barth Tennis Center and just a short stroll to the beach, The Sanctuary hotel, East Beach Village, and Night Heron Park. Exterior details such as custom awnings, latticed balustrades, wide windows, and hipped rooflines set the Tennis Club Villas apart. Cool hues throughout reflect the seaside setting and give the home an appealing coastal charm. The spacious living room opens onto the screened porch via a pair of sliding glass doors that provides natural light and extends the living space. The screened porch is the ideal spot for year-round entertaining with ample space for dining and lounging. The updated, efficient kitchen opens directly into the dining room and features a suite of stainless appliances and ample counter space, including a Nespresso machine. The large bedroom enjoys an abundance of natural light from a double set of windows and an updated bath.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar) you will receive a valuable credit of $200 to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access; Our Local Property Management team is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). No access available for resort pools or fitness center.
If you have the time, make a short trip (35 Minutes) to Charleston America's most charming southern City. There you'll find world class dining, shopping and lots of history to explore.
