GORGEOUS Windswept Villa with Ocean Views!

Come enjoy this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that is right by the ocean! Located in the desirable East Beach neighborhood, this condo is central to the Sanctuary Hotel, Night Heron Park, and the Nature Center. Kiawah Island is a 45 minute drive to historic Charleston.

Perfect for a family vacation on the beach. This third floor condo offers beautiful views of Kiawah Island and partial ocean views. Upon entry, you are welcomed with luxury furnishings and nice beach decor. The spacious living room offers plenty of seating and has access to a private porch with beautiful ocean views. The renovated kitchen opens to the dining area so you are always involved with group conversations. The kitchen was completely updated with brand new appliances, countertops and cabinets. Perfect for cooking family dinners!

The master bedroom has a king bed and has views of the beach and ocean. The master bathroom comes with double vanity sinks, tiled shower with a waterfall shower head. The second bedroom boasts two twin beds and shares semi-private access with the hallway bathroom. There is also a pull-out sofa in the living room for sleeping additional guests.

For your convenience, there is a full size washer and dryer included.

nice location. Ocean views are excellent. Maintenance addressed a hot water issue immediately and followed up the next day to finalize shower door that came off track and he couldn't fix immediately. Impressed with their quick response.

Kiawah never disappoints

First trip in 40 years that we had rain every day, but still enjoyed being in Kiawah, enjoying family, great food and spending money at the shops in Freshfields. The Villa was cozy and just right for the four of us. The unit was extremely clean, and we enjoyed every minute, although no beach-time this year. But we'll return to this island of heaven again next year, and hopefully many more years to come.
