4270 Mariners Watch is a stunning private villa located in the heart of Kiawah Island, just a short walk to the beach or Night Heron Park. Tucked away in the trees, this villa offers plenty of privacy with island views and a convenient location.

The spacious open floor plan features a large living area with comfortable seating, a flat screen TV to watch your favorite shows, as well as an expansive screened porch. The screened porch offers a dining area with views of the island, perfect for early morning coffee or afternoon reading. Just off the living area is a designated dining area that seats four, as well as a full kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to make a meal right from home.

This villa comfortably accommodates 2 guests in the primary bedroom with a King bed, custom accent wall, and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. The ensuite bathroom features a modern vanity and a glass shower.

Mariners Watch Villas offer a true seaside retreat just steps from the beach in Kiawah Island’s central East Beach Village. East Beach Village is the heart of Kiawah Island, anchored by the 21-acre Night Heron Park and legendary Sanctuary Hotel. East Beach offers the best of both worlds with easy access to Kiawah’s 10 miles of beautiful beaches and a central hub of activity for the whole family with a relaxed, social atmosphere.

You’re within easy walking or biking distance of Kiawah Island’s top activities and attractions. The stay was very enjoyable. Everything was spotless. We struggle a little in the beginning regarding restaurants but found going a few miles away was “the fix.” To anyone planning on staying in Kiawah Island in the future, make your excursions; spas, fishing trips, water adventures, etc… in advance. Everything we tried was booked.

This was a WONDERFUL place to stay. We did not expect such immaculate accommodations. The screened-in porch overlooking the lagoon was the perfect place to start and end the days. The interior was spotless and the decor was new and so tasteful. Check-in was a breeze as well. The only thing I would change is a longer stay. We hated to leave, but are already planning a trip back in the spring.

The condo was cute and clean. It is close to the beach. We used the kitchen and the screened in porch daily. We rented bikes and enjoyed the bike paths. Easy to get back and forth to Charleston if you want to go in for shopping, dining, sightseeing.

The easy life in Kiawah

We came because of the fame in golfing circles. But we stayed on the beach, just 3 min from the apartment, and didn't play any golf (too expencive, 400 with clubs rental. The spartment was cozy with view of a canal there we saw an alligator and som herons. Enjoyed our stay in comfoft.
