This stunning 2nd-floor 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom Mariners Watch villa is nestled in the East Beach neighborhood of Kiawah Island, conveniently located near Night Heron Park and just a short 3-minute walk to the beach!

The open plan living area is newly decorated with a comfortable L Shaped sectional sofa. There is a large desk in the living room that once pulled down, doubles as a Murphy bed. You will experience island views through the sliding glass door that leads to your private screened porch, a flatscreen TV for your entertainment, and a designated dining area to seat four. The compact kitchen offers full size, high-end stainless-steel appliances and everything you need to make a delicious meal right from home.

4285 Mariners Watch comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with the Murphy bed located in the living area, as well as a private primary suite featuring a King bed and a full bathroom. The bathroom is beautifully renovated with a custom walk-in glass shower.

Mariners Watch Villas offer a true seaside retreat just steps from the beach in Kiawah Island’s central East Beach Village. East Beach Village is the heart of Kiawah Island, anchored by the 21-acre Night Heron Park and legendary Sanctuary Hotel. Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly only, allowing ONE (1) small non-shedding dog with a max weight limit of 35lbs. There is an additional pet fee of of $250 per week with a $500 maximum for multiple weeks. Dog must be at least 1 year of age. No other pets allowed.
