Our Cypress Point Home is ideally located in the center of Kiawah Island. We are well inside the security gate and our private enclave of 17 homes @ Cypress Point sits in a lovely wooded setting. Featured in Ocean Homes Magazine , Cypress Point was included as one of the top 20 ocean island developments in the world,highly regarded for its eco friendliness and preservation of the natural setting in which it dwells. This community offers security, great neighbours, and a relaxing Zen Pool for owners and guests.
Cypress Point appealed to us in many ways. Landscaped courtyards, bright well laid out interiors, the high quality appointments, eco friendly, and the preservation of nature in mind.
Our home is airy and well lit, and is decorated with Asian accents, a wonderful getaway for extended families uniting, good friends gathering, And significant celebrations.
We offer 2 King Suites a Queen Suite and a superb suite with 2 Double Beds. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, walk in closets, and cable TV . The generous use of marble and tile contributes to the modern, luxurious motif. A powder room is located off the Great Room and entertaining areas.
I have equipped the kitchen for gourmet food prep with a gas range, electric oven, convection microwave, refrigerator ice maker, top of the line cooking utensils, and service for ten people.
In the Great Room there is Surround Sound, Blu-Ray DVD, IPOD docking station, HD Cable and TV, and the spaciousness of 10 ft. ceilings.
The screened porch is at ground level by the main entry, garage, and grilling area. It offers a cottage like getaway to relax, read, snooze and listen to your favorite music.
Kiawah is a hidden gem. Drive here, fly here, so convenient to Historic Charleston. Kiawah's ten mile beach is rated as one of the top 10 beaches in North America, and our house is a short walk or bike ride away. Kiawah is rated as the number one tennis facility in the US and there is championship golf readily available, one of which is the world famous Ocean Course.
There is a friendly playground nearby and over thirty miles of trails for biking and blading.
For the discriminating traveller, vacationing in our home will start a tradition. We have.
