New rental, great Vanderhorst home
Situated back amongst the lush greenery and collection of native trees, within the quiet Plantation Woods neighborhood, lies 120 Turnberry. This classic Kiawah home was expertly designed by architects Joe Tucker and Jim Irvin, with every attention paid to, showcased by the wonderful details of the home. From the rich hardwood floors, to the large windows overlooking the golf course, to the expansive deck on which to enjoy a relaxing cup of coffee or BBQ, this home spares no detail. The home's central location, bedrooms with all large beds, and great entertaining areas make this the perfect home for golf groups, couples, or families to enjoy!
Entering inside the massive oak doors, you’re immediately greeted with a stunning golf course view from the foyer, into the family room. You’ll walk down a few steps into the sunken family room, seeing more clearly just how incredible the view is. Turn the large fireplace on when it gets chilly and gather around to watch a movie during the colder months, or once spring and summer hit, open the sliding glass doors to bring the natural breeze from the golf course, inside. Leading up another small set of steps, you’ll find yourself in the dining room and kitchen area. This kitchen is a chef’s dream, complete with all upgraded stainless-steel appliances, plenty of granite countertop space to spread out and make meals, an expansive island complete with seating for 4. Your eat-in dining area is perfect for family dinners, while watching the sun set on the golf course, and when you’re done, enjoy dessert from the sunroom or the deck.
Venturing into the sunroom, this space boasts wall to wall windows with custom blinds and provides the perfect cozy space to curl up with a good book and take in the view.
Opening the sliding glass doors to reveal your deck, you’ll notice that this space is multi-leveled. You have a massive amount of space from which to host gatherings. Grill from one side, host dinner in the middle and enjoy drinks on the other side of the deck, all while taking in that breathtaking view. There is a firepit available for you to enjoy year round!
Back inside, just past the entry corridor, you’ll find your beautiful primary bedroom. This calming space has its own deck area, which is the perfect spot for an early morning breakfast or a cup of coffee. An en-suite bathroom finishes off this space, complete with double sinks and a huge walk-in shower. Traveling up to the second level of the home, you’ll notice skylights, giving this home even more natural light, leading you into the two large additional bedrooms, both with their own balconies and en-suite bathrooms as well.
120 Turnberry proves to be the ultimate getaway,. its location is truly unbeatable, with the 10-mile long beach just a quick walk away via the Allee of Oaks, largely known as one of the most gorgeous pathways on the island. You’re not far from many of the other sport activities and hotspots.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
