This is a trendy, spacious property situated on a quiet, residential estate near the historic town of Kidwelly. Within walking distance, you can find the UK's newest racecourse -Ffos Las, Glyn Abbey Golf Course and the Woodland Trusts' Coed Ffos Las. Pembrey Country Park and the market town of Carmarthen are also just a short drive away! This is an ideal location to explore the surrounding countryside, beaches and castles!

There is ample private parking available for 2 cars directly in front of the property.

Living room – Living room has cosy corner sofa, 55" 4K television, Ultra HD blu-ray player and Playstation 4. There is also a selection of books and board games available.

Kitchen – overlooking garden. Equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Nice place in a residential area; would return

I hadn't realized how big the place was, and it was nice. The lounge and bedrooms were nicely furnished and the kitchen was very nice and fully equipped. I'd rent this townhouse again if the need arose.
