They advertise it without showing that it’s in the heart of Kigali but it’s in downtown. However it’s the most quiet area you can imagine . Only the food is quite expensive and do not come in time when you order .

Staff came to our door twice to interrupt to show us an iPad menu of food options which we didn’t request. No washcloths, only one hand towel and 2 bath towels for three people. Fan needed to be serviced for noise. Airport shuttle wasn’t available

This hotel was not very clean and stank like cigarette smoke. I could not get past the smell which was awful and everywhere. The rooms were large but not comfortable, the bed was spring-y, and I saw visible dirt on the couch. I ended up leaving and switching hotels. Staff felt bad and helped me get a cab.

The airport pickup was on time and delivered us to the hotel without any complications. The hotel staff are great and more then willing to assist. The welcome plate of fruit was a nice touch. The hotel is centrally located with good views of the area. The ajoining restaurant was convenient and reasonably priced. While the rooms were a little dated, the hotel offers good value and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for a short stay.

This property was AMAZING. We came here from a different hotel because the previous hotel was terrible . Thankfully this hotel exceeded our expectations. Staff was attentive and friendly . The rooms were very spacious. The restaurant had good food. I will definitely stay here again when I come back . Thank you everyone for your amazing service !!
