Located in the heart of Kihei at the quiet northern end of beautiful Halama Street, this family-owned and operated vacation rental offers the perfect balance of convenience and relaxation. Tucked away from the large resorts and busy tourist areas, guests can enjoy a peaceful, local-style setting while still being centrally located. Within minutes, you’ll find banks, grocery stores, shops, restaurants, medical clinics, the post office, and many other everyday conveniences.

Apartment Description:
This oceanfront one-bedroom, one-bathroom accommodation offers a comfortable and relaxing island getaway just steps from the ocean. The apartment features a full kitchen, bathroom, and a living room with a sofa sleeper pullout to accommodate additional guests.

Located on the lower level, the apartment has its own private entrance, and the living room opens directly onto a grassy lawn overlooking the ocean. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from both the living room and kitchen while experiencing the peaceful sound of waves nearby.

While the sunsets can be enjoyed from inside the apartment, the shoreline is only a few steps from your back door, inviting you outside to take in Maui’s stunning evening skies. After a day of exploring, unwind with satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and air-conditioning before falling asleep to the soothing sounds of the ocean.

Outdoor Amenities:
Guests who enjoy the outdoors will appreciate the beach chairs set up for sunset views and lounge chairs perfect for sunbathing or relaxing. There’s a volleyball net and several picnic tables available for fun and leisure. Stretching about 75 feet from the building to the shore, the expansive well-kept lawn is lined with palm trees. The beach itself offers a peaceful and highly private setting.

Beach & Activities:
The nearby shoreline is an ideal spot for watching Hawaiian sea turtles as they come ashore to rest on the sand. The area also offers excellent opportunities for snorkeling, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, wind and kite surfing, pole fishing, shell collecting, and more. During whale season, guests may even catch glimpses of whales passing offshore.

Ocean and beach equipment can be rented from the many nearby shops in town. While we do not provide beach gear, guests do have access to coolers, lawn chairs, BBQ facilities, and beach towels for added convenience during their stay.

We stayed for a week in this one bedroom, ground floor condo. It was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. Check-in was easy, there was convenient parking and the host was so nice & available for any questions or needs we had. What made this place really special was the location. We enjoyed every minute at this well appointed, awesome located, and spotlessly clean one bedroom apartment on the beach. Michael, the host was outstanding and available at all times to answer any questions or provide any assistance that we needed. It’s a great location, close to all South Maui has to offer. Beautiful beaches, great restaurants and fun water sports. You can kayak, paddle board or surf right off the beach. We highly recommend staying here and we’ve already booked to go back! You’ll love your stay. Bubba, the resident dog, is a blast, making this place even more special.
