This REAL home defines the best of Maui with direct access to a sandy, swimming beach on one side and a lava rock beach on the other side.This unique beachfront estate is perfectly situated for both privacy and beach access to south Maui's Polo Beach and is within walking distance to Maui's best shops, restaurants and golf courses. Guests can rent kayaks, stand up paddle boards, boogie boards, and snorkel gear at the opposite end of the beach or arrange for drop off with the property manager. Within walking distance down the beachfront walkway are hotel restaurants and shops or take a 5 minute drive for the best of south Maui's shopping and top restaurants at the shops at Wailea.

Nearby are Maui’s best golf courses including the Wailea blue course, the emerald course, or the gold course. This is a legal vacation rental, one of the few in a hotel zone with Maui County. Professionally managed by Janna Schlag

I could not say enough good things about this house and about Janna. The pictures do not do this home justice. It is absolutely unreal, and the location couldn’t be better. We were also there while the Kona Low began and Janna was so attentive and checked in on us multiple times. She also came in the beginning of our stay and showed us some helpful things that would be useful during our stay. We plan to be back!

Terrific stay in Maui at this beautiful property. Our large family felt right at home with ample bedrooms, a great kitchen/family room area, and a truly stunning backyard with access to the beach. This property’s location is perfect - not too far to grocery stores, a short walk to the beach, and plenty more. Appreciate all the help from the property owners too, who were so responsive and welcoming.

This home was awesome. It was located directly on the ocean. The sunset views were incredible. The proximity to the beaches, resorts and restaurants via a convenient walking trail was an added benefit. The private pool is small but worked nicely for two small kids in our party. Spectacular views and house!

Unmatched for just relaxing by the ocean, sitting on the lanais- there are 3- enjoying some morning coffee and breakfast of fresh fruit! Imagine taking a swim in the ocean morning, noon or evening, and being able to shower off in a private outdoor shower! Our stay was about being able to relax with a beautiful view, and this was it!
