Ocean front, privately owned condo at a great price. Located on the fourth floor for amazing Ocean Front Views. Beautiful, oceanfront lanai (patio) facing the ocean, the view couldn't get any better than this! Decorated with Aloha and Hawaiian style furnishings, you will love coming home to this spacious, comfortable, well equipped condominium.
Unit is fully equipped with all the amenities that you could ever need.
Including: Washer/Dryer, Kitchen utensils, Bedding , Beach Towels etc..
Can accommodate up to 4 people.

Property features: BBQ grills, Pool, Hot tub, Putting greens, shuffleboard, Tennis Courts, Stand Up Paddle Boards and a Concierge on site to help you with all your Maui Activities!

The gardens are immaculately maintained and include a 60 foot tile
pool, hot tub, activities desk, tennis and shuffleboard courts,
putting green, lawn games and the most beautiful sunset views.
Weight/work-out room and sauna are located in the building.
Available are Internet service, WI-FI, Cable TV, VCR/DVD, AM
FM CD-Stereo, Microwave, Range-Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher,
Disposal, Washer-dryer, and free local calls. The kitchen is well
equipped, and linens for 5 are included.

Start up supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap,
laundry soap, and dishwasher soap will be provided. Hair dryer,
iron with ironing board, beach towels, ice cooler, and beach chairs
are also available for your use. The unit will be clean upon your
arrival and will be cleaned after your departure. The unit is air
conditioned, but you may only need to use the ceiling fans, since
the fresh breezes of the trade winds provide natural cooling.
For a park-like Hawaiian setting on the beach, and the best vacation
you will ever experience, come to the Maui Sunset and stay in our
condominium.

Aloha!

Policies: Check in after 3:00 PM. Check out by 10:00 AM. Rates are
based on 1 to 5-person occupancy. An 13.42% state hotel tax will be
applied to the rates. No pets or smoking allowed. Please remove
shoes prior to entry.

Deposit/Payment: We require a 20% U.S. deposit to book the unit.
The unit will be reserved for you when we receive the deposit. The
remaining balance is due in full 45 days prior to arrival.

Refunds: All cancelled reservations will be charged a $50
cancellation fee. A full refund (less the $50 cancellation fee)
will be granted if cancellation is made within 45 days of arrival.
50% will be refunded if cancelled 30-45 days prior to arrival. There
will be no refunds if cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival.
There will be no refund for cancellations made after November 1st of
bookings between December 15th and January 1st.

Great location, grounds are very nice, ocean view

Have stayed in Kiehe several times. First time with a condo located on the beach side, others have been across road. Very nice, large grass area with large pool and jacuzzi, 8 bbqs that are cleaned and serviced daily. Family amenities including shuffleboard, golf putting green, and room for play or relaxing. Area was quiet with easy access. Unit was a one bedroom that sleeps 4 with two bathrooms. It had a good sized patio with table for 4 along with the indoor set. Host provided beach chairs towels and other items. Washer and dryer in unit. Fully equipped kitchen.

Maui Sunset get away

Suzanne was great and very helpful and accommodating. Location is great in Kihei especially if you want to play Pickleball on the nearby Public Courts. Would stay with her again.

We had a wonderful stay here! The view is great, the grounds are perfectly kept. The host is wonderful. Pool is perfect. There is nothing else we could have asked for. We would definitely recommend and hope to stay at Maui Sunset again!!

The place was clean, safe and a great location. Communication was 5 star. Facility was well maintained. All kitchen basics were there to cook up a quick meal. There is a nice activity closet that had balls, boogie boards, beach chairs and other outdoor basics. Would easily book again without a second thought. Give it 5 stars and I’m a tough critic. Hope other get to share this hidden gem.

Condo has it all!

The condo was the best we’ve had (this was our fifth trip to Hawaii). It was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities (spices, condiments, cooking oil, beach chairs, boards, and beach towels). The grounds are beautiful- we enjoyed the hot tub, pool, shuffleboard, and the grills. The only thing lacking was a large frying pan for cooking breakfast. Communication with the manager was fantastic. Highly recommend!

We spent 6 nights in the apartment and had a great time. The apartment was super-clean and stacked with amenities, utensils and useful equipment to make the most of your time on Maui. The complex has a friendly, family vibe with great garden, pool and hot-tub. There are also tennis courts, shuffleboard and other games we didn't have time to fit in. Being on the beach towards the northern end of Kihei is a great, central location, with shops, restaurants and food trucks nearby. Communication from Suzanne was perfect, with very easy-to-follow instructions and timely reach-outs.

We had THE BEST time at the Maui Sunset!!

My husband and I stayed at the Maui Sunset for 9 nights at the end of April 2023. We had an amazing time and highly recommend Suzanne’s condo. Maui Sunset is situated in a perfect location and is close to EVERYTHING. The property was spotless and well-maintained. The condo was clean and well stocked. Our Host, Suzanne, was very responsive and accommodating. We had everything we needed during our stay, Suzanne thought of it all! The condo listing is 100% accurate. We loved having use of 2 bathrooms and the in-suite laundry was a lifesaver. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning and dishwasher were a total bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals, if we didn't feel like dining out. We were so surprised to see 6 meticulously maintained barbecues on the property for us to use at any time. When I say meticulous, I mean meticulous! Deep-cleaned daily (for hours!) and covered every night. We enjoyed getting up very early in the morning, having a coffee on the balcony, watching the sunrise and the palm trees gently sway. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. We felt very safe staying at this property. Checking in and out was very simple. Without a doubt, we give our experience FIVE STARS. When we return to Maui, we will be staying at the Maui Sunset in Suzanne's condo. Already checking flights and cannot wait to return!

Absolutely Ideal in So Many Ways

I could go on and on about Suzanne's condo. Just look at the pictures and believe what you see! The apartment perfectly met our needs and wants. 1. A host who is attentive, responsive and honest! 2. Super comfy beds for people with backs that prefer gentle firm support. 3. Gorgeous view of immaculately maintained grounds. 4. Four minute walk from apartment to beach, walking on the beautiful grounds amongst the trees and gardens, past the grills, pool, tennis courts and shuffleboard courts to watch amazing sunsets. 5. Shopping within minutes. 6. Restaurants within minutes. 7. Enjoy this Maui location....it is a synonym for PARADISE!

Amazing time

We had a great time in Maui!! This property was at a great location, very clean, listing very accurate. Even had supplies we weren’t expecting!! The bedroom gets nice and cool- but the great room a little stuffy at times. Would rent again if/ when we come back to Maui!! Thanks for a wonderful time!
