Welcome to Kihei Akahi D205! This bright and airy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom, 2nd-floor condo offers split A/C in the living room and bedroom, tropical views, and a sleek kitchen design. This property has elevators for easy access. Unit D205 can accommodate up to 4 guests. The bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a ceiling fan for added comfort. The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower for added convenience and can be found around the corner from the bedroom. The relaxing open-concept layout creates a more spacious feeling by removing walls, allowing for better natural light flow. As you step into the living room you'll see a couch that can be converted into a queen-size sofa bed for additional guests. Large sliding doors open to your private lanai, where you can enjoy your morning coffee while soaking in the tropical breeze. The well-stocked kitchen comes equipped with the supplies you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. Enjoy your meals inside at the dining table set for 4 or outside on the lanai for a true island experience.

*Video Surveillance: – The Property has a ring doorbell camera placed next to the front door to monitor the patio area. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons and in no way infringes upon the guests' expectations of privacy in these areas of the property. Any attempt at damaging the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without a refund.

*Kihei Akahi has a $25 Guest Registration Fee ($35 after November 1, 2025) that will be charged at booking. An additional vehicle will cost $5 per day.

Resort quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am; greenbelt areas are available for family use, though playing with toys like balls is recommended at the nearby beach park.
