Welcome to Unit 404 at the Royal Mauian, a cherished oceanfront property nestled along one of South Maui's most beautiful stretches of coastline. From the fourth floor, your views sweep across the sparkling Pacific and drift toward the emerald ridgelines of the West Maui Mountains. It is the kind of view that makes you cancel your plans and simply be.

This thoughtfully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is designed for up to 6 guests, the perfect size for couples, families, or a small group of friends ready to soak up everything South Maui has to offer. The open layout flows naturally from the living area out through large sliding doors to your private lanai, where sunsets have a way of turning into long, lingering evenings.
The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a quick açaí bowl breakfast to a fresh catch dinner, with a cooktop, convection microwave, and toaster oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and all the dishes and cookware you will need.
Both bedrooms are restful and welcoming, designed so that everyone in your group wakes up feeling ready for whatever the day brings.

The Royal Mauian holds a special place along Kihei's coastline, tucked between two beloved beaches, so the sand and surf are truly just steps away. Honu (sea turtles) are known to visit, snorkeling is right out front, and long morning beach walks are simply part of the rhythm here.
Head up to the rooftop garden and you will find BBQ grills and panoramic views that make every meal feel like a celebration. It is one of those spots guests come back to, night after night.

To keep the aloha spirit alive for everyone at the Royal Mauian, we kindly ask that all guests honor a maximum occupancy of 6 people at all times, including adults, children, infants, and overnight visitors. The property is a smoke-free environment, and one parking space is included per unit.
To reach Unit 404, take the elevator to the fourth floor, turn left, then left again down the hallway to the end. Please note there are a few steps along the way (about 3), so this unit is not wheelchair accessible. For everyone's comfort and security, exterior cameras are in place in common areas throughout the complex.
